Tjenzen handles your personal data with care. In this statement you can read what data I collect through this website, why I do so and what rights you have.
Who is responsible?
Tjenzen, Lars Jansen
Email: lars@tjenzen.com
Phone: 06 37 73 74 83
Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 99344157
What data do I collect?
- Contact form: your name, email address, your question and (if you fill it in) the name of your company.
- Downloading a client case: your email address.
- Direct contact: the details you share yourself when you email or call.
I don't ask for more data than necessary. You don't need to create an account and I don't collect special categories of personal data.
What do I use it for?
- To answer your question and prepare a possible collaboration.
- To know who requested a client case, so I can get in touch about that case if needed.
I don't use your data for newsletters or advertising, and I never sell it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your request, or the preparation of an agreement with you.
Who else processes the data?
Forms on this site are sent via Web3Forms, a service that forwards the submitted details to me by email. Data is also stored with my hosting and email provider. I only share with these parties what is needed to make the website and email work.
How long do I keep it?
I don't keep your data longer than necessary: messages and requests for no more than two years after our last contact. If you become a client, I keep the data needed for my accounts for as long as the law requires (usually seven years).
Cookies
This website does not place tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and does not use third-party visitor statistics. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
Your rights
You can always ask what data I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use or request your data to take it elsewhere. To do so, send an email to lars@tjenzen.com. I will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Children
This website is intended for businesses. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you think this has happened anyway, email me and I will delete the data.
